Traditional practice has no such thing as "Fire 71" — these are percentiles against 223,536 charts spanning 1960–2010, and the specification is written up in CARD-SPEC.md.

The icons in the lower box are the two rarest of your innate merits — good points fixed by the natal chart alone, so they never change with the luck cycles. The ring around an icon shows how rare it is (rainbow under 5%, gold under 15%). 9/16 means how many of the sixteen you have; the figure after each is how many of 223,536 charts have it. Innate merits and stars are different layers. Merits describe how well the chart is built (key element, structure, climate, unions and clashes, elemental balance); stars describe tendencies and things to watch. Traditional practice reads the structure first and treats stars as supporting detail, so where the two disagree the merits carry more weight — though two merits (3 lucky stars, no ill stars) come from the stars themselves. The percentages are rarity, not strength: the rarest merit is not necessarily the most powerful.
